If you have a double stroller ... what kind do you have/recommend? I like trips to the mall, Target, Wal-Mart, the Arboretum, and walks around the neighborhood. Not that I'll be doing a ton of that after Baby #2 arrives. I'm realistic. I am going to be in so far over my head with two little girls!! Seriously, though, I am trying to figure out if I want a side-by-side or a tandem style stroller. I am pretty sure I'm sold on the tandem because I think it will maneuver the clothing racks better but as the girls get older, will they prefer being next to each other (and both having a front row view)?
Other than that, I think I have it all figured out. Well, as far as the 'stuff' goes anyhow.
Thanks!!

I have no advice for you about the double stroller. I know Melissa has one that she will tell you about. Is there any "stuff" that you will get this time around that you didn't have for Megan? Just wondering for my own benefit!
We have a Phil and Teds and LOVE it!! I was VERY worried at first that it didn't work with out carseat but it wasn't a probelm at all.
Now if I had my way I would of bought that and a cheapy side by side Baby Jogger. I often switch with Melanie depending on the situation.
Good Luck!!
Hey! OK- we have had lots of different strollers...I don't recommend the side-by-side (jogging) style for trips to the store or mall b/c they don't fit between the racks. We had an Evenflo (take me to?) double stroller and LOVED it- we used it until the wheels fell off!!! We also had a double jogger (side by side) that I used expressly for the purpose of walking/running b/c there wasn't good maneuverability in stores.
Now we have the Baby Trend Sit and Stand and it rocks! Bec sits in front (it also comes with a bar to attach a car seat) and Brooke can stand or sit- if she stands she can see front ways too. It has been ideal for us as Brooke 'out grew' regular strollers a while back but she loves to stand and ride!
We can talk about it by phone more if you want, I have had Chicos, Gracos, Evenflos and Baby Trends so I can give you input on each! ;-)
I've not had the use for one, and I guess I never will, but I have been around Mel's Sit & Stand and it's AWESOME!!! I recommended that one to my other sister-in-law as well, because it just seemed so perfect for B&B, it's a stury, well built stroller with so many different options for you and the kids! Let us know what you go with and how it works!
We're front/back folks. Weighs a ton but good for walks and going to the mall :)
