The snow fell for a long time last night and it was absolutely beautiful. We probably had at least 2 inches, which is a big deal for us since all we usually get is a dusting or sleet. This was snowball-fight-snowman-building snow, though it was a little wet and cold. I could hear kids outside playing in it last night and I'm sure that will be us in a few years .... or the next time it snows. We had a blast building a snowman in our front yard in Pearland on Christmas day a few years ago and we didn't have any kids then! :-) We woke up late this morning and lot of snow already melted but I still got some good pictures. I don't think anyone got a snow day this morning. Sorry!
