Easter

I hope everyone had a Wonderful Easter. Ours was fantastic. We got up early and went to Mass at 8:30 but ended up sitting in the nursery because we only got there 15 minutes early and there were no seats available. It worked out great for me because I had a nice comfy rocking chair but James was stuck on a preschool sized plastic chair. If you know James ... you know how funny it looked. ;-) I had to change a super stinky diaper so I missed the entire homily then a Eucharistic minister came into the nursery so we didn't even have to leave the room for communion. After Mass we went to Original Pancake House but the line was out the door and it was too chilly to stand out there with Meg so, after investigating a few other breakfast options, we ended up at McDonald's. It was yummy and ... I didn't have to cook!! We just spent the rest of the day around the house (cleaning up and watching basketball) and we had steaks, baked potatoes, green beans, onion rings and salad for dinner. A perfect day with just the right amount of fuss. No ham ... no chocolate bunnies ... but a perfect day.

Here are some pics of Meg's first Easter!!
