Gig Em!

It's that time of year again! WHOOP! The Aggies won a MUST WIN game last night against Iowa State in the Big XII Tournament but they didn't do it gracefully. I hope we can win another tonight against Kansas State! We need another win to get into the NCAA Tournament.

Last year, James and I were in Oklahoma City at the Big XII Tournament. We had so much fun, just the two of us, watching basketball all day long Friday and Saturday (even though the Aggies LOST their first round game on Friday). Saturday, we started the day with pizza and beer around 10:30 in the morning and were out until about 11 that night. Ahhh ... the days before Megan. It was a good 'last hurrah'. Like those first few years after college when I had to work through Spring Break I used to reminisce about Spring Breaks in Padre. oh what fun! Now I'm thinking back to one day off and a weekend spent with my husband's undivided attention. I guess this will be my new Spring Fever since, face it, I'm way too old to want to go back to Padre ever again. ;-)
