Texas jump up and bite my ass.
I just thought I'd fill you in on what's going through my head tonight. I've heard "I've been working on the railroad" way too much tonight. It's an ugly game folks and I don't think it's going to get better as the game progresses. It was a fun couple of years, and maybe one day it will be again.
That being said, Texas did beat OU head to head and Texas Tech just doesn't count and I really despise Stoops (well, and most of Oklahoma in general because how do you have casinos without booze anyhow?) so if Texas is going to beat us, and it appears they will, I think they should keep their #2 status.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Turkey Day, regardless of your football team. We had a great one and now I'm happy to report a full tummy, an empty house, and a sleeping baby. Best of all, the work on the house is complete but we just have a lot of cleaning left to do. Can you believe we had one guy here today painting the house from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm ... on Thanksgiving Day!?!?! We were OK with having him here but I'm pretty sure the poor guy didn't take a lunch break and we had turkey, potatoes, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, rolls and gravy. Then, pumpkin and apple pie. Oh and there was beer and wine too. Poor guy! We offered him food but he said no. We felt bad about him coming out to work on Thanksgiving but he's from Czech Republic and told us it wasn't really the same for him ... not really his holiday I guess. Still, it would have been a day off and there's nothing better than that, in my opinion!! At any rate, all the crown moulding, drywall and painting is done. YEEHAW!
I have lots to do tomorrow to get ready for Megan's birthday on Saturday so I think it's time to sleep. I'm not sure I have enough energy to get up off the sofa but I guess I need to post this before the laptop battery runs out ... and before I pass out.
Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

I just saw this today...
UGH...yes tu bites! Though ou bites much, much worse! Poop on stoops! ;-) So I guess it will work out better and hopefully tu will be ahead of ou still!
Oh well, it is like I said (many times) to the friends we were with on T-day, I would rather have graduated from A&M and lose a game (or 8) than have attended tu! :-o
Funny about your painter showing up on turkey day! Glad you had a good day despite the 'game!'
UGH! What else is there to say about college football this season in general!?? UGH!
