My doc was not on call last weekend so this is one of the other docs in the practice. I think I only met her once or twice during my last two pregnancies but she was wonderful to me on Sunday. The other doc, her assistant surgeon, was also the assistant surgeon when Emily was delivered.

So far, the girls are adjusting well. Megan was a little apprehensive at the hospital. She didn't like seeing me in the bed with the IV and everything. Emmy just goes with the flow.
Another visit from the Big Sisters. Megan seems to be warming up to the idea.

Then it was time to play in the curtain.

Matthew brought with him some gifts for the girls.
They were very excited.
That night, we had "birthday cake" for dinner. Nothing like cake to make the girls happy we brought a baby home with us, right? Well, it was a hit and Megan even wanted to sing Happy Birthday. So we did.

Ha! Love the title. He is just handsome, so chunky and full of hair. Can't believe you have a blonde and a brunette and this little angel to join his sisters. God Bless you all.
