Emmy Lou Turned 2!

I can't believe my little preemie is 2 YEARS OLD!  Holy cow time flies when you're running around after toddlers like a chicken with it's head cut off!!  This year I decided against having her 2 year checkup ON her birthday just in case she has a fever or other reaction to her shots.  Last year it was terrible.  The poor thing couldn't open her eyes she was so stuffy and her fever that night peaked at 102+.  Looking back, I should have since I just had to cancel her well appointment due to the icy roads.  Sure wish I knew her measurements and percentiles because I'm pretty sure my preemie could eat your preemie.  :-)  And still want cake!

This was cute.  Megan wanted to sit next to her to blow out the candles and eat cake.

Yes, folks, my 3 year old is shoveling it in with her hands while my 2 year old uses a fork.



Time for presents!! (Didn't Santa just bring a whole bunch of new crap?)

She LOVES her Dora backpack. We had to put it away until we could buy a second one because it was the source of MANY screaming fights.
