PUMPKINS!!!!

Today we went to the Arboretum Pumpkin Patch! It was COOOOOOOOOOLD and rainy when we left the house but the sun was coming out by the time we got there. We just had a little faith and hopped in the car and it all worked out! The ground was squishy, puddly, and a bit stinky (wet hay, yuck!) but it was fun!! Megan enjoyed the pumpkins and, thankfully, did not drop any on her little sister's head. I just wanted to share some pics from our day, thanks to Grandma who was our photographer. Silly us, Grandma and Grammy came with us but we didn't take any pictures of the girls with them. Sometimes (OK, most of the time) we just don't think. It would have been nice to dress them all up in their Halloweeny-Pumpkiny clothes but it was too cold for that. We had to bundle them up in sweaters this time around. Luckily, Megan still fit into her '24 Month' sweater from last winter. That's about the only thing that still fits from last winter so we were lucky. (I have just learned to create my own words to describe things. Can you tell?)

Family Pic! We're ALMOST all looking in the same direction!

They had a photographer there to take pics and we were suckered in.
It was a cute little set-up and my mom was snapping away at the same time.

Do you really think they look alike?
I shall call her "Mini Me".

Smiley didn't want to smile!!

They absolutely would not look at the camera or smile.
They're still cute I suppose!

Family pic. Yes, it was a bit breezy.

Megan loves her chocolate teddy grahams!

Emily chillaxin - watching the world go by.
Don't know where she got the blue eyes, but thank you!
