Total score!! James received the email with the free bottle coupon too!! That's three free bottles!! I'll get my money's worth out of Babies R Us if it's the last thing I do! Ofcourse, we forgot to cash in one of the coupons when we were there yesterday so that's two more trips I have to make but it's right down the road from my office so who cares.
Listen to this, the toy on the bar on our bouncy seat is supposed to play music when you pull on it. It didn't work and we didn't realize this until after we assembled the whole thing. That's why we went to BRU yesterday. I just popped the box and the assembled seat along with the receipt into a cart and wheeled it in. The lady at the customer service desk just told me to run back to get another one (as if they couldn't have gotten someone to do this for a pregnant lady). Then she had us just rip into the box and get what we needed out of it. We switched out the toy bar, put our defective one back in the box and walked out. I thought that seemed a little off and I KNOW someone is going to end up with that broken one again. They didn't put a note on the box or anything. Idiots. Very strange way to do business but we got what we needed so whatever. Just had to share!

Woo hoo, free stuff rocks! Glad you got the bouncy seat put together soon enough to realize it was broken!!
Did the same thing with a double stroller there. Assembled teh whole thing (ginormous) and then realized that one of the wheels was completely crazy. We went back, they told us to break into another box and take whatever we wanted. Someone somewhere has that wonky wheel.....
